Eric Dorkin is a member of the firm's Litigation Section in the Chicago office. Mr. Dorkin litigates a wide range of substantive areas, with significant experience in environmental and media litigation. He also handles complex debtor-creditor and fraudulent conveyance litigation. Mr. Dorkin has first chair trial and arbitration experience and has twice successfully argued before the United States Courts of Appeal obtaining reversals of lower court decisions.
