Ellen Riker is a Senior Policy Advisor in Holland & Knight's Washington Office and part of its Healthcare & Life Sciences Team.
Ms. Riker manages Federal strategies for corporate and non-profit organizations, specializing in public and private insurance reimbursement and coverage policies, biomedical and health services research and public health programs and issues. Ms. Riker has significant experience in working with the many agencies of the Department of Health and Human Services and has been involved in the development of legislation coming out of the House and Senate committees with jurisdiction over Medicare, Medicaid, and public health service programs.
