Edward (“Ted”) R. Hickey
is a member of the Syndication Practice Group of the firm’s Business Law Department. Mr. Hickey concentrates his practice in the area of tax advantaged business transactions with an emphasis on equity financing of affordable housing projects eligible for low-income housing credits under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. He has represented some of the nation’s best known syndicators in connection with numerous investments in low-income housing tax credit projects across the country and portfolio or “fund” investments, both guaranteed and unguaranteed, sponsored by syndicator clients.
