Frank Keldermans practices in the firm's financial services group with an emphasis on commercial real estate loan transactions, workouts, and foreclosures. He has significant experience representing lenders with respect to acquisition, construction (including condominium and mixed use projects), and long term lending. Mr. Keldermans also has significant experience in the negotiation and documentation of commercial finance transactions and he also represents lenders in foreclosure proceedings and workouts. In addition, he advises clients on real estate acquisitions, sales, finance and development.
