Fred J. Lotterhos III practices in the areas of business litigation, construction litigation, and administrative litigation. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is Board Certified in Business Litigation by the Florida Bar. Mr. Lotterhos has practiced with Holland & Knight since graduating from law school in 1979.
