George B. Howell III concentrates primarily in the areas of banking and finance and structured finance, including commercial lending transactions primarily for banks and other lending institutions, asset-based financing transactions, real estate and construction loans, as well as general real estate transactions. He regularly represents equity receivers in state court receiverships. In addition, a significant portion of Mr. Howell's practice includes the representation of a number of both U.S. companies, and in-country clients in the United Arab Emirates.
