Grant McCorkhill has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development, including the preparation and negotiation of acquisition and sale contracts for improved and unimproved properties, financing, representation of landlords and tenants in retail leasing, shopping center development, real estate based lending, easement agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, development agreements and 1031 exchanges. He also represents financial institutions in the negotiation and documentation of commercial loans, including ESOP related loans.
