Henry M. Kittleson has served as Chairman of The Florida Bar Committee on Professional Ethics and as Chairman of the American Bar Association Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. Mr. Kittleson has served on The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education steering committees and editorial boards, Tort Litigation Review Commission, and Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and on the American Bar Association Committee on Legal Drafting and the Uniform Commercial Code Committee. He has served on the Florida Law Revision Commission and the Governor's Property Rights Study Commission.
