Heather Pinder Rodriguez practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on construction law and commercial leasing disputes. She routinely represents contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners in all aspects of construction disputes, including indoor air quality issues, the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, construction lien claims, and litigation avoidance strategies. Ms. Rodriguez also represents commercial landlords and tenant in complex commercial leasing disputes, including disputes related for tenant improvement and build-outs.
In 2005, Ms. Rodriguez became one of the youngest Board Certified Construction Lawyers in Florida, the Florida Bar's highest level of recognition of the competency and experience of attorneys in the area of construction law. Most recently, Ms. Rodriguez was one of only 127 attorneys identified by Florida Trend Magazine and members of the Florida Bar as a 2007 Legal Elite Up & Comers in Florida.
