Harry Sacks has been a member of the New York bar since 1960 and, prior to joining the firm, was a founding partner of Sacks Montgomery, P.C. He has specialized throughout his career in matters relating to the construction industry, representing clients in the design, planning and administration of construction projects, as well as the drafting of documents and resolution of disputes arising in connection with them. This has included representation of developers, contractors, and both public and private owners and has involved projects throughout the United States and abroad, including dams, bridges, transit facilities, hospitals, schools, and commercial and residential buildings.
