Heather Bowman is Senior Counsel with Holland & Knight's Public Policy and Regulation practice group in the firm's San Francisco office. Ms. Bowman's practice is focused in the areas of legislative, environmental and natural resources law. She works with clients to address environmental compliance, policy strategy and due diligence with an emphasis on legislative and regulatory strategy development. Ms. Bowman has experience helping industry deal with mandatory "take back" and recycling initiatives, as well as product compliance strategies for companies dealing with material restriction and energy use regulations.
