John Alexander Fanciullo is a member of the Business Law Section who practices in the areas of business and tax law with a primary focus in equity financing for affordable housing projects eligible for federal low-income housing tax credits, state and local tax credits, and federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits. Mr. Fanciullo also represents investors, developers and community development entities (CDEs) in projects involving state and federal historic, energy, and new markets tax credits, and transactions involving a combination of credits and other financing sources. Since joining Holland & Knight in 2005, he has represented tax credit syndicators, lenders, developers, sponsors of affordable housing investments funds, and institutional and private investors.
