Jason Klitenic is a Partner in the Washington, D.C., office. He represents clients in an array of government regulatory, enforcement and public policy matters, including corporate compliance initiatives and investigations. Mr. Klitenic is a former senior official of both the United States Department of Homeland Security and United States Department of Justice. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Homeland Security and National Defense.
