Jorge A. Lima practices in the area of Land Use and Zoning in the firm's Real Estate Section. Mr. Lima represents developers and property owners before state and local governments, boards, and agencies on land use and environmental issues. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Lima gained experience in local governmental law during his time at the Office of the City Attorney for the City of Miami, where he assisted on a number of issues including land use, commercial transactions, code enforcement, civil litigation and legislation.
