Juan A. Anduiza practices in the Litigation Department. He is an experienced litigator who handles trials and arbitrations both commercial and maritime. In addition, he is involved in multinational commercial transactions. With extensive experience in Central and South America, his experience includes negotiating international contracts dealing with the purchase of assets in Latin America; international debt collection and the construction and asset acquisition for Latin American industries. In addition to coordinating litigation in various Latin American countries, he has been involved in maritime-related matters ranging from casualties to the detention of vessels. Mr. Anduiza is very active in international matters and is fluent in Spanish.
