Jonathan B. Crocker is senior counsel in Holland & Knight's Washington, DC office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group within the Litigation Section. Prior to joining the firm, his courtroom experience spans the full spectrum of federal litigation, from military courts-martial, to Government administrative agencies and boards, and district courts across the nation. Currently, Mr. Crocker focuses on patent defense on behalf of a manufacturer of liquid crystal display technology in Texas (admitted pro hac vice); trademark defense for a global cellular communications manufacturer in California (admitted pro hac vice); and trademark defense for a top-name international entertainment entity in Nevada (admitted pro hac vice) and Hawaii (admitted pro hac vice).
