Jerry Holisky is a seasoned general business lawyer who concentrates his practice on the legal concerns of closely-held companies and their owners. He is frequently involved in disputes over the ownership and management of closely-held businesses, representing either the majority owners and their companies, or persons holding a minority interest. In this role, Mr. Holisky will often structure corporate buy-outs, squeeze-outs, freeze-outs and other similar transactions.
