Joseph B. McDonough has extensive experience working with governmental ministries, the judiciary, legal professionals and private sector clients in the Gulf and North African region. He has assisted in the development of legal best practices, reform and education in the region on behalf of governments, universities, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Commerce Department's Commercial Law Development Program. Mr. McDonough has also worked as a consultant, focusing on legal education, judicial administration and justice policy issues.
