He represents institutional investors and developers nationwide by providing deal structure advice and by documenting and closing complex transactions involving the acquisition, financing and disposition of office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties. Mr. Cohn represents lenders in the origination of construction, interim and permanent loans and in connection with commercial foreclosures, workouts and bankruptcies. Mr. Cohn has extensive experience representing developers in connection with the negotiation of complicated development agreements and related documentation.
