Jay Ryan is Senior Counsel with Holland & Knight where he concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and equipment leasing. Mr. Ryan has extensive general corporate, finance and real estate transactional experience with an emphasis in representing landlords and tenants, both regionally and nationally, in office leases and other commercial leases, and lessors and lessees in equipment leases.
