Jennifer E. Dure is a member of the firm's Litigation Team. She focuses on representation of clients in matters involving corporate compliance, white-collar defense and commercial litigation. Ms. Dure's practice includes advising companies in the design and implementation of comprehensive compliance and ethics programs, conducting internal compliance investigations and defending companies that are the subject of government investigations. In addition, Ms. Dure has experience handling commercial contract disputes, employment claims, and various health care matters, including those involving Medicare fraud and abuse laws.
