John Stanton is senior counsel in the Litigation Section and a member of the Appellate Team. Immediately prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Stanton was a member of the appellate group of a large international law firm. He has extensive experience in oral and written advocacy in federal and state courts nationwide at all levels. He has advocated for clients in a wide variety of subject matters, including commercial litigation, insurance coverage, white collar criminal defense, securities fraud defense, government contracts, antitrust, environmental, intellectual property, trademark, class actions, false advertising, product liability, civil rights, Petroleum Marketing Practices Act and constitutional law issues.
