Jerry Ganzfried is a partner in the Litigation Section and a member of the Appellate Team. Immediately prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Ganzfried served as chairman of the Appellate Practice Group at a large international law firm. Prior to that, Mr. Ganzfried served as Assistant to the Solicitor General of the Department of Justice, where his Supreme Court advocacy emphasized regulatory, constitutional, antitrust and commercial law issues. Mr. Ganzfried has presented oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court in 15 cases and participated in briefing hundreds of additional cases.
