Jennifer L. Antoniazzi is a member of the Litigation Department and she concentrates her practice in state and federal court on title and real property disputes, commercial contract disputes, appellate litigation, litigation involving trust and estate matters, and abandoned and unclaimed property litigation, including assisting in the first challenge to the Delaware escheat statute and practices as unconstitutional. Ms. Antoniazzi has significant experience with factual investigation and discovery including intensive electronic discovery disputes. She has assisted with large document productions including oversight of third party vendors and contract attorneys, handled depositions of fact witnesses and named parties, has argued substantive motions including motions for summary judgment, and has briefed various real property matters on appeal. Ms. Antoniazzi has argued before the Massachusetts Land Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court and has obtained two recent Appeals Courts decisions in her favor on real property matters. Ms. Antoniazzi joined Holland & Knight's Boston, Massachusetts office upon graduation from law school in 2002.
