Jack L. McLean Jr. has practiced law for 25 years in the areas of labor and employment, commercial litigation, administrative and regulatory litigation, municipal and governmental litigation, zoning and land use litigation. As a trial lawyer he represented national, regional and public employers in jury and non-jury trials in individual and class action employment cases and labor controversies. He consulted with and counseled employers on numerous labor issues. In union representational proceedings, arbitration, and strikes, he trained, counseled and advised employers on union corporate campaign strategy, RICO violations, consumer boycotts, direct dealing, and strike misconduct. He is an integral part of the national planning with and training for national clients’ managers and supervisors in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and coordinating strike preparation.
