Jack Nyweide is a Partner in the Chicago office and is a member the land use and government section of the firm's Real Estate Group. He has significant experience in the transactional aspects of the real estate practice area. Mr. Nyweide represents individual property owners and major real estate developers in the Chicago metropolitan area. He negotiates and documents major residential and commercial real estate acquisitions and drafts land use documents, including annexation and planned unit development agreements and zoning documents.
