Joshua I. Bosin is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Litigation Group. He counsels major corporations and municipalities in matters arising out of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN), and numerous state and local laws.
