James H. Rollins has practiced for over 25 years in the area of creditors’ rights and has extensive experience in loan restructurings, workouts and recovery, including negotiation and documentation of forbearance, restructuring and workout agreements, and in insolvency and bankruptcy practice, representing a wide range of secured creditors, commercial landlords, equipment lessors, post-petition lenders and other creditors and interested parties. He has particular experience in restructuring and reworking troubled real estate loans and in bankruptcy issues affecting aircraft equipment lenders and lessors because of Holland & Knight’s extensive aircraft equipment finance practice.
