Jennifer A. Short is a litigation partner in the firm’s Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. offices. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation disputes and white collar matters, including internal investigations and voluntary disclosures. In addition, Ms. Short works with companies to develop corporate compliance programs that allow for the prevention, early detection, and resolution of compliance issues.
