Jonathan E. Strouse is a Partner in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight where he concentrates his practice in the area of commercial and federal tax litigation. Mr. Strouse has diverse experience in litigating a wide variety of lawsuits, including cases focusing on tax issues, entity valuations, accountants’ malpractice, real estate litigation, debtor/creditor actions and other lawsuits with complex accounting, tax, and financial issues.
