Kristin A. DeKuiper is a member of the Syndication Practice Group of Holland & Knight. She has extensive experience in the structuring of partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures, and with capital raising and financing in the corporate and partnership context. Her partnership and joint venture experience includes projects involving low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, and new markets tax credits, hotels, commercial and multifamily residential real estate, assisted living projects, and theatrical productions. She has also handled venture capital transactions, securities offerings, and numerous small business transactions.
