Kurt Blase has been engaged in private practice in Washington, D.C., for over 30 years. His areas of expertise include environmental, occupational safety and health, food and drugs, transportation, energy, trade and public lands issues. Mr. Blase specializes in strategies for management of complex regulatory issues involving multiple agencies, Congress and related toxic tort or product liability litigation. He has appeared as counsel in over 25 pending or reported cases, in addition to many unreported cases, most of which involve judicial review of regulations or other agency actions. He also has substantial experience with regulatory matters in the European Union, various member states and other foreign jurisdictions.
