Kimberly R. Ward concentrates her practice in the areas of Appellate and Commercial Litigation. She represents corporate clients in a wide variety of contract disputes and business tort matters. Ms. Ward also has experience litigating environmental pollution and nursing home neglect cases. She is a former law clerk to Judge Joel F. Dubina, United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and Justice Champ Lyons, Jr., Alabama Supreme Court.
