Kelli Lott practices in the area of complex commercial litigation. In her practice, Ms. Lott has represented clients in both state and federal courts across the country, handling various types of lawsuits, including limited liability corporations and partnership disputes, real estate litigation, business torts (including RICO), adversarial bankruptcy actions, and general employment litigation. Ms. Lott also specializes in the area of non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality covenants contained in employment agreements. She has broad experience in appellate work, arbitration and mediation.
