Kathryn W. Oberto concentrates her practice in commercial leasing, the development and registration of condominium and timeshare projects, real estate transactions, development, finance, and mortgage banking. She co-chairs Holland & Knight's National Commercial Leasing Team. Her commercial leasing practice includes office, industrial/warehouse, retail and mixed-use projects. Her banking practice includes the representation of financial institutions in connection with the acquisition, construction and permanent financing of commercial properties. Her condominium practice in Florida includes the preparation and negotiation of all documents for the filing, processing and approval of both new condominium projects as well as condominium conversions.
