Lawrence D. Bradley is a partner in the Business Law Section. He has broad experience in complex corporate transactions. Mr. Bradley has run numerous large corporate deals, such as mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings as well as syndicated financings. His transactional practice currently focuses on syndicated financings involving the federal new markets tax credit program and tax credits available to renewable energy projects.
