Gilbert practices in the areas of banking, commercial finance, asset based lending, creditors' rights, insolvency, arbitration and commercial litigation, as well as maintaining an active transactional practice. He is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group. Mr. Gilbert’s emphasis has been in the representation of financial institutions and other institutional lenders.
