Harmony I. Loube practices in the area of litigation with emphasis on maritime law and commercial litigation. Ms. Loube's practice at Holland and Knight focuses on a wide array of commercial disputes in both state and federal court, and arbitration proceedings, including matters involving: maritime casualties; charterparty disputes; Rule B proceedings; international maritime convention issues; penalty wage claims; Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act challenges; and various other types of commercial disputes.
She was a Chesterfield Smith Fellow on the Community Service Team, where she devoted most of her time to pro bono litigation matters, as part of the firm's commitment to providing access to justice for poor people. Prior to joining Holland and Knight, Ms. Loube served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
