Luis Gonzalez is a member of the firm's Litigation Section, where he has prosecuted and defended commercial claims in both federal and state court and in arbitration. Mr. Gonzalez has experience litigating matters in the areas of labor and employment, product liability, contract disputes, and complex law enforcement liability claims such as civil rights violations. He has extensive experience enforcing forum selection clauses and has obtained dismissals of actions against Internet companies in courts throughout Florida.
