Lawrence J. Hamilton II serves as the practice group leader of Holland & Knight's North Florida Litigation Group and as a member of the firm's Directors Committee. As an experienced trial lawyer who focuses on complex commercial lawsuits and arbitrations, he has handled many complex class actions and commercial disputes. Mr. Hamilton has extensive experience assisting clients engaged in the transportation business, including motor carriers, logistics companies and Class I railroads with a wide variety of legal and contractual matters and disputes. He also has extensive experience in handling creditors' rights disputes. Mr. Hamilton is a certified civil mediator in the state of Florida.
