Lennard K. Rambusch practices admiralty and commercial law. He assists foreign companies with their corporate and litigation requirements in the United States. Mr. Rambusch is a member of the firm's Litigation Section and the maritime group's Rapid Response Team and leads the firm's training program for foreign lawyers. He serves as legal advisor to the Commercial Section of the Consulate General of Denmark in New York. His admiralty practice involves maritime creditors' rights. He advises financial institutions and has served as lead counsel in numerous multi-national shipping workouts. He has conducted maritime lien and mortgage enforcement proceedings in most port cities in the United States and coordinated litigation around the United States and Canada and in more than 40 overseas jurisdictions. He has written and lectured on commercial and maritime law at the United Nations, Maritime Cyprus, Lloyd's, Marine Money and at meetings of the American and International Bar Associations. Mr. Rambusch is also a mediator. He serves on the mediation panel of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
