Mr. Wolk practices in the real property area, emphasizing public and private sector transactions and commercial real estate finance as well as single-and multi-asset, multi-state acquisitions and sales. Mr. Wolk has represented numerous government instrumentalities, institutional owners, lenders, and developers of real estate, and corporations, throughout the country in connection with their real estate investment and related regulatory activities. This representation has included the negotiation and documentation of public/private partnerships, construction, permanent, and multi-state financings, sales, acquisitions, and other development and public project matters.
