Lynne B. Xerras is senior counsel in the firm's Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights and Insolvency Group. She practices in all areas of bankruptcy law, primarily representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, equipment lessors, court appointed functionaries, and creditors' committees in corporate reorganizations across a wide array of industries.
