Mark Buhler was among the first lawyers in Florida to be Board Certified in Admiralty and Maritime Law by The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Mr. Buhler specializes in maritime transactional matters, including the financing, construction, purchase, sale, chartering, and registration of both domestic and foreign pleasure yachts and ships. He also advises clients on matters relating to Florida sales and use tax on vessels, federal import duty and cruising licenses for pleasure vessels, and compliance with U.S. laws applicable to foreign and domestic yachts cruising in U.S. waters.
