Marissa C. Brinkley concentrates her practice in real estate transactional matters, including the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial properties. Ms. Brinkley has represented both national and local corporations, and other real estate developers and property owners, including a public pension fund, in the sale, purchase and leasing of their commercial properties. In addition, Ms. Brinkley has done extensive analytical work for an international corporation with respect to its domestic real estate holdings. Ms. Brinkley also has commercial litigation experience.
