Mehrnoosh Aryanpour is a member of the Business Law Section in Holland & Knight's Abu Dhabi office, senior counsel in the New York office and a senior policy advisor in the Washington, D.C., office. Ms. Aryanpour practices in a wide range of areas, including transactional law, government contracts, mining and natural resources, government compliance, and public policy and government affairs. Due to her experience in the region, Ms. Aryanpour has also advised clients on numerous legal matters related to conducting business in the Middle East and Afghanistan, including employment law, foreign business registration, intellectual property, corporate restructuring and mining regulations.
