Melanie Sengupta is an associate in the West Coast Land Use and Environment Group. She handles transactional and litigation issues arising out of the land use entitlement and permitting process, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), planning and zoning law, the Subdivision Map Act, Williamson Act contracts, California redevelopment law, water law, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as state and federal endangered species acts.
