She has extensive experience in affordable housing tax credit projects, including low-income multifamily and elderly housing projects, assisted living developments, housing preservation and other affordable housing programs such as HOME, HOPE VI, CDBG and HUD 202 programs. She also is experienced in state and federal historic tax credit transactions.
