Michelle Ruberto Fonseca
practices primarily in the area of tax credit syndication. She has extensive experience in affordable housing tax credit projects, including low-income multi-family and elderly housing projects, assisted living developments, housing preservation and other affordable housing programs such as HOME, HOPE VI, CDBG and HUD 202 programs. She also is experienced in state and federal historic tax credit transactions. Representative clients include tax credit investors, real estate developers, nonprofit organizations, public agencies, corporations, lenders and private individuals.
