Matthew H. Mears practices in the firm’s Litigation Section. His practice focuses on commercial litigation in both trial court and administrative proceedings. Mr. Mears has represented health care providers before the Division of Administrative Hearings in reimbursement disputes between hospitals and workers’ compensation insurance carriers.
