Michael Manthei is a partner in the Boston office of Holland & Knight. He represents clients exclusively in the Health Care and Life Sciences industries. He is a member of the firm's Health and Life Sciences, Food and Drug, and Global Compliance and Governance Teams. Mr. Manthei represents pharmaceutical, device, equipment, biotechnology and health information technology companies. He also works with a wide variety of provider entities, disease management companies and payer organizations. Mr. Manthei represents clients primarily in health care fraud, abuse and compliance matters, in privacy matters, and in other health care regulatory matters, including reimbursement and clinical trials. He also advises on complex health care transactional matters and on related insurance and managed care contracting matters. Mr. Manthei is a frequent lecturer and has written extensively on health care fraud, abuse and compliance matters.
